“It’s that time again”, when spring arrives to signal all the seasonal pests to come out and breed.
Our monthly Power Spray Service Program is set to begin March 15. We are enclosing the following price package options for you to choose from.
You will have two package options for Power Spraying your home, it includes either:
Option A: inside / outside of your home; This provides treatment from base to roofline on the outside up to 15 feet of perimeter, and baseboard area’s of all inside rooms as well as cracks and crevices to all food / water area’s!
Option B: outside and lawn perimeter only, up to 50 feet: the same exterior treatment except for more area’s !
Check off which one you would like, fill in the appropriate amount of price package, don’t forget to include the tax. Return it to us with a check , money order, or credit card and we will notify you to set up an appointment! Due to our economy, we can no longer extend payments over time. This past year several of our long time customers fell on bad times and now forces us to require payment up front! Considering that we are a small company, we can not extend credit to anyone any longer. All payments are due upon receipt of intial service. We appologize for the inconvience.
All Power Spraying requires a consecutive once a month treatment for consistant control of your problems. This is due to the fact that the pesticides applied have only so many days to work and give you the results you want for necessary control of the insects. This combined with other methods and procedures such as baits and traps help to get the job done! And this allows us to guarantee our work.
Rodent Control package provides you with an initial set up and installation of bait stations and traps where needed. Along with quarterly follow up visits through out the year. Save more if you combine packages!
All service packages include thorough inspections of structure, explanation of recommendations to correct problem area’s. And for an additional fee we can make some necessary repairs. As you can see, the more consistant the service, the more cost effective it is to you over time! Here’s an example:
Our regular price’s for 7 power spray treatments are as follows; $325.00 initial spray
+$175.00 x 6 months = $1050.00 regular sprays
a savings of $675.00, that’s almost half off!
