Areas behind stoves need to be clean of grease and food debris.
Areas under sinks should have no leaks or clutter below .
All stored items should be organized on metal shelving at least 12" from the floor.
Thoroughly cleaning underneath, stoves, grills, fryolaters is a must!!!
Poor Sanitation conditions such as these will only lead to over breeding of insects and rodents and to the closing of your business by the health department.
